# 设定 Windows 出现在一个单独的窗口

您可以将 Windows 和应用程序设定为一起出现在其自己的窗口中。

要从融合 (Coherence) 模式切换为窗口模式，请视需要选择执行以下操作：

* 单击菜单栏中的 Parallels Desktop 图标，然后选择**查看** > **退出融合 (Coherence) 模式**。
* 如果 Parallels Desktop 菜单出现在 Mac 菜单，请单击**查看** > **退出融合 (Coherence) 模式**。

要从全屏 (Full Screen) 模式切换为窗口模式，请视需要选择执行以下操作：

* 按下 Command-Control-F。
* 将指针移到屏幕顶部，直到看到 macOS 菜单栏为止，然后单击**查看** > **退出全屏 (Full Screen)**。如果您使用的是针对游戏优化的全屏，按 Control-Option (Alt) 可显示 Mac 菜单栏。
