# 从 Parallels Desktop 较早版本或其他虚拟化应用程序导入

借助 Parallels Desktop for Mac，可以使用通过旧版 Parallels Desktop 以及 VMware Fusion、Microsoft Virtual PC 和 VirtualBox 安装的 Windows：

1. 打开 Parallels Desktop（在“应用程序”文件夹中），然后选择**文件** > **打开**。
2. 选择要导入的 Windows 数据文件，然后单击**打开**并按照屏幕上的说明操作。

   * Parallels Desktop 数据文件的扩展名为 `.pvm`。
   * VMware 文件的扩展名为 `.vmx`。
   * Virtual PC 文件的扩展名为 `.vmc`。
   * VirtualBox 文件的扩展名为 `.xml` 或 `.vbox`。

   您也可以直接将 Parallels `.pvm` 文件拖到**控制中心**，从而将其添加到 Parallels Desktop 中。
