# 当没有运行任何应用程序时暂停 Windows

您可通过设定在没有运行任何 Windows 应用程序时自动暂停 Windows 来预留您 Mac 的 CPU 资源。这样，Windows 服务就会使用更少的 CPU 资源，可让您节省电池电量并为环境提供帮助。

要设定当没有运行任何应用程序时暂停 Windows：

1. 请视需要选择执行以下操作：
   * 单击菜单栏中的 Parallels Desktop 图标，然后选择**配置**。
   * 如果在屏幕顶部可以看见 Parallels Desktop 菜单栏，请选择**操作** > **配置**。
2. 单击**选项**，然后选择**启动和关机**。
3. 选择**达到以下时间段后暂停 Windows** 并指定达到即会自动暂停 Windows 的一段无操作时间。
