# 优化设置

利用**优化**设置，您可以限制虚拟机资源的使用。

要访问**优化**设置，请执行以下操作：

1. 请视需要选择执行以下操作：
   * 单击菜单栏中的 Parallels Desktop 图标，然后选择**配置**。
   * 如果在屏幕顶部可以看见 Parallels Desktop 菜单栏，请选择**操作** > **配置**。
2. 单击**选项**，然后选择**优化**。

如果您的 Mac 在同时运行两台或更多虚拟机时资源不足，您可以限制虚拟机资源使用量，从而使虚拟机可以拥有更多资源来处理更多重要的工作。在**低**、**中等**和**无限制**这些点之间拖动滑块。如果您更改了此设置，但又对 Windows 性能不满意，则可以尝试不同的设置。
