# 设定分配给 Windows 的内存容量

Parallels Desktop 设置为将 Mac 的一部分可用 RAM 内存容量分配给 Windows，其余的分配给 macOS。如果给 Windows 分配的内存容量过多，macOS 的运行速度可能会减慢，进而导致 Windows 应用程序的运行速度减慢，因为它们都是在 macOS 上运行的。另一方面，如果分配给 macOS 的内存容量过多，那么 macOS 应用程序的运行速度可能会很理想，但 Windows 应用程序的运行速度可能会变慢。

要优化 Windows 和 macOS 的性能，请将分配给 Windows 的内存容量设置在建议范围内。

要设置分配给 Windows 的内存容量，请执行以下操作：

2. 选择**操作** > **配置** > **硬件** > **CPU 和内存**。
3. 将内存滑块移动到建议范围内（如滑块下的图形所示，见上文）。<br>

   如果您使用需要很多内存的 Windows 应用程序，如 3D 或视频制作应用程序，最好设置内存分配趋向范围最高点（移动滑块至右边）。或者通常最好是设置靠近中间。

**注意：**&#x4E0D;管您的 Mac 有多少内存 (RAM)，可分配到 Windows 的最大内存容量是 8 GB。不过，如果您使用的是 Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition，可以分配给 Windows 的最大内存容量是 128 GB（基于 Intel 的 Mac）和 62 GB（搭载 Apple Silicon 的 Mac）。
