# 计划 Windows 维护

Windows 经常需要执行诸如安装更新、清理磁盘以及整理磁盘碎片等各种维护任务。当 Windows 执行这些任务时，性能可能会下降。

要避免在您处理重要任务时性能过低，可以安排当您离开或者在预期的时间运行 Windows 维护：

1. 请视需要选择执行以下操作：
   * 单击菜单栏中的 Parallels Desktop 图标，然后选择**配置**。
   * 在屏幕顶部，单击 Parallels Desktop 菜单栏中的**操作**，然后选择**配置**。
2. 单击**选项**，然后选择**维护**。
3. 选择**开始维护**，然后从相应的菜单选择日期和时间。

准备就绪后，Windows 将会在指定的时间执行维护。
