# 启动和关机设置

您可以使用“启动和关机”设置选择如何启动和关闭虚拟机。

要访问**启动和关机**设置，请执行以下操作：

1. 请视需要选择执行以下操作：
   * 单击菜单栏中的 Parallels Desktop 图标，然后选择**配置**。
   * 如果在屏幕顶部可以看见 Parallels Desktop 菜单栏，请选择**操作** > 配置。
2. 单击**选项**，然后选择**启动和关机**。

### **设置为手动启动和关闭虚拟机**

如果您要始终手动启动和关闭虚拟机，请选择**手动启动和关机**。

### **将虚拟机配置为自动启动**

如果您要在 Mac 启动时自动启动虚拟机，请选择**始终在后台准备就绪**。

### **详细指定自动启动和关闭虚拟机的方式**

如果您不仅要指定虚拟机启动或关闭的方式，还要指定关闭虚拟机窗口时的视图模式和执行的操作，请选择**自定义**并执行以下操作：

#### **设定 Windows 是否自动启动**

在**自动启动**菜单中，选择下面一个选项：

* **当窗口打开时**：Windows 在您从**控制中心**打开它时自动启动。
* **当 Parallels Desktop 启动时**：当您启动 Parallels Desktop 时，Windows 自动启动。
* **当 Mac 启动时：**当您启动 Mac 时，Windows 将自动启动。如果选中此选项，还可以将虚拟机配置为延迟启动。\

#### **设定启动查看方式**

* 从**启动查看**菜单，选择**融合 (Coherence)**、**窗口**、**全屏 (Full Screen)**、**画中画**、**免登录 (Headless)** 或**与上次相同**。
